The thought of a butt her size, compared to your current size, has overcome your brain entirely. You are frightened, and scream for Shanene to not sit on you. However, she cannot hear you, and so she sits down. Her enormous ass collapses on your puny body, enveloping you whole and not crushing you to death, but pulverizing you into pulp. Her ass is so big, that she could not have possibly felt anything of your size under it. She makes herself more comfortable, wiggling her butt on the bed and fixing her posture, waiting for the doctor, the same doctor that she has just diminished into her rear end and is unaware of. Shanene waits for another 2 minutes before she finally gets up and walks out of the office, leaving you nothing but a red-stained dot on the examination bed.
