After finishing a drop-off at Arkham, Batgirl found a strange remote in Hugo Strange's cell. Taking it away from him fearing what he could do with it, she didn't see the smile on his face.

After taking the remote, Batgirl began to tamper with it on a building not far off from the Batcave.
Suddenly, the remote began to shake violently, as did Batgirl. Finally the shaking ended with Barbra getting a
feeling of wooziness. She shut her eyes and looked down at the street _ feet below.
