His feet felt funny, numb actually. And then, He heard a loud ripping sound. And saw that his bare toes had ripped through his shoes. He never wore socks so his feet were sweaty and the smell grew stronger as his feet grew ever larger.

"Ed! Look at your feet!" Al shrieked.

"Yeah yeah yeah I see em'!" Ed said looking at his feet that had finally stopped growing when his boots were nothing more than a few shreds of material underneath his soles.
