Josh ran into the kitchen and stopped dead in the doorway, staring at the spread his mom had put out.
Covering the entire table was everything a boy could imagine eating for breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, giant stacks of waffles and pancakes, and several boxes of dodnuts.
"Mom, why is there so much food?" Josh asked in wonder, staring at the feast in front of him.
"Oh, I was just in a cooking mood. I guess I got a little carried away, huh?" she answered.
"Not at all," said Josh, and he sat in front of the table and started pulling food over to him. He started with the donuts. By the time he finished a dozen of them, his stomach was pressing against his jeans and shirt. He was able to eat all of the eggs before he had to unbutton his jeans. He finished off the bacon and sausage and half of the waffles and pancakes. He was starting to feel full and didn't know whether or not to keep eating. His mom had gone upstairs to get a shower so he was alone. He lifted up his shirt and looked at his belly. It was sticking out a good 5 inches and was soft but tight when he felt it. He stood up and the bottom of his belly poked out from under his shirt a little.
