Keira had just left the spa in LA she had spent a luxurious day there. She had also been the first person to get the new miracle face cream, little did she know that soon it would change every thing. As she was walking down the street a tourist bus pulled up along side her, packed with torists who began taking pictures of her. Normally this would not bother her but at that moment she fell flat on her face the tourst taking pictures the whole timeshe this would be in every tabloid in a day. She wised there was somthing she could do to prevent that

when suddenly............
