The pair made their way down a short hallway, turning a corner and emerging out through another door, into a new room... what they saw was something they had never expected.
The pair were on a tower of some sorts elevated above the floor of the large room, upon which there was a ring of machines being tended to by various rookie-level digimon. Several large balloons were floating up into the air, up into a chute on the ceiling where they disappeared off to who-knows where.
"Wow, what's this room all about?" Sora wondered aloud, before Biyomon tugged on Sora's pant leg and pointed down towards one of the machines closer to the tower.
A digimon was putting a balloon over a nozzle on the machine, and flipping a switch immediately afterwards. The machine began to whir to life, and began to fill the balloon up, presumably with helium. The worker carefully observed the balloon, as it eventually filled to a size of about ten feet wide, upon which the machine shut off with a chime. The worker digimon carefully removed the balloon from the machine, tied off the nozzle, and moved it to release it, whereupon it floated up to the chute.
"Huh... so they make balloons here or something..." Sora said, finally beginning to understand what this room was about. Biyomon, meanwhile, was watching another balloon being filled up... It looked like it was going to make it, but the balloon began to emit creaking sounds... and before long, the balloon burst with a bang. The machine shut off, emitting a buzzer, as the worker tending to it gathered up the pieces and sent them into some sort of vacuum tube, presumably to be recycled into better rubber.
"Oh, I get it now!" Biyomon smiled. "This must be where they test the balloons to make sure they all work! How nice..."
