As the weeks went on, Alice noticed a change in her roommate. Namely, that she was getting rounder. It appeared that a lot of snacking had been the genesis of her rommate's round rump; about half the food that she bought seemed to go into Cheryl's stomach.

Naturally, Cheryl complained about her growing waistline, but she never really seemed to connect it to the extra snacking she was doing, whether it was because she wasn't really aware or was consciously denying it. In fact, she seemed to be putting on more fat that Alice was.

Alice found Cheryl's growth intriguing, in an odd way. She found that she wanted Cheryl to grow larger, because...
