Chapter #9

Run to the gate.

You run at the goat. If you are going to get to the gate you must risk whatever the goat has in mind. At first, it backs off at your sudden attack, but as it realizes that you are about to escape it slams a cloven hoof in your path. You alter your direction and attempt to confuse it by running under its hairy body. The goat swings its head over its shoulders to find you, but you have already managed to dash for the gate. Only inches more and you would be safe.

Suddenly, a heavy object crushes you to the ground and forces all the air out of your lungs. The goat has caught you with its hoof and has a mischievous look in its eyes.
