This choice: Alex tries testing the gun on himself • Go Back...Chapter #7Alex tries testing the gun on himself by: NVR   "I need to test this thing first, don't want to cause further trouble. Besides, how am I supposed to tell them they should be aroused for this thing to work? I barely know them" Alex was reasoning on his room after reading the instructions and noticing what was missing when he tried to grow back the poor couple.
"They'll be fine, I left them on land, they can just walk home" Alex reassured himself and tried to focus now on how to test this, or at least on dealing with the fact that he would have to do it on himself. He found his options were limited like that, just as he couldn't go and tell the couple to be aroused he didn't know anyone who he felt comfortable around enough to tell them to be aroused, or about the gun which was a mystery in itself.
So the other two options were to go and spy on someone who could be aroused to test the gun, or try it on himself. And since he caused enough problems already the safest option was the latter. Looking at the device Alex smiled, unable to hide his excitement at the idea of testing the gun on his own body.. "The things I could do with this if I learn to use it" he wondered, feeling once he could grow the couple back the real fun could begin.
Alex couldn't resist and made a quick test knowing it would fail, sure enough after aiming at his body and clicking one of the buttons nothing happened just like with his earlier tests on the stuff around his room and outside. He knew the instructions specified sexual thoughts but he was feeling so excited he wondered if that would be enough. After the failed test Alex resigned himself and turned on his computer in order to search for some of the material that could help him get into the needed attitude, but he was still feeling distracted and frustrated.
He was feeling distracted because the ideas of helping the couple grow back to fix his mistake and playing with the gun after were still running through his mind, and in fact he just realized he held a tiny, naked adult woman in one of his hands, but he was so shocked and worried about what happened that he didn't find anything exciting on it when rescuing the couple from the pool. And of course, he also held a naked man... Those kind of things weren't letting him focus on getting into an aroused state.
And he was feeling frustrated because he didn't know what level of arousal was exactly needed to make the gun work, would he have to be masturbating everytime he wanted to use the gun? that sounded like a big drawback, and could be problematic if he wanted to change size but for whatever reason wasn't feeling in the mood, like whenever he got sick for example.
Giving the instructions a read again Alex scratched his head at the last part. "Sexual curiosity, what does that mean?" he thought.. maybe his initial hunch was right? He decided to try again, this time focusing on the kind of sexy scenarios he could picture with the gun, perverted scenarios he never imagined before because they sounded so unrealistic like peeping on the girls at school, having a tiny naked woman like the one he accidentally shrunk for his own pleasure, or shrinking himself down to explore a giant body..
He tried again, feeling something closer to arousal than the mere excitement he felt earlier.
