Orihime is suspended in the air by chains that binds her wrists and ankles. She's positioned laying on her belly horizontally, hovering in the air with chains hanging from the ceiling. Her body acts as a table as you sit on her back and wake her up. You pull up her shirt to expose her belly and tickle her sides as she squirms and giggles, "Heehehehehehahahahahahahahaha!"

You unclipped her bra and toss it to the ground. With both hands, you squeeze both giant soft breasts as she blushes.
