You jerk the steering wheel to the left, sending your car skidding off the road and down a ditch and into an empty field. You look through your rear view mirror, spotting the darkened silhouttes of what you make out to be an abandoned car. If it wasn't for Adam, you'd of no doubt hit it.
Your heart begins to race as the tread of your tires kick up clumps of dirt and grass. You look to Adam, his face pale from the night's events. Everything seems so unreal, you can't help but question everything that is going on. Adam's story alone sent a shiver down your spine, but how could it be true?
It's obvious the three of them were siblings, for all of them sported a golden crown of curly locks. Their eyes were blue, and each of them seemed to be in physical shape. Ofcourse, Adam appears the dominant of the three, and no doubt the most coherent.
Speeding across the field, you shoot a glance towards Adam and the remenants of his family. You ask, trying to keep your voice from break, "Is everyone alright?"
Adam, holding is siblings in a protective embrace, their eyes irritated from crying, replies with a nod, "We just want to get out of this town.."
