Farts.

The cow farts, and you accidentally take in a deep breath. The fart has such an overwhelming smell that you pass out. The last thing you see before you pass out is the cow backing up towards you.

A short time later you wake up and find yourself....

1. under the cow with it's butt in your face

2. somewhere very tight

3. unable to move
