Flying. It's so like a comic book power (alright, maybe not quite so much with the arm flapping) that maybe you could do something else? Obviously the powers it gives are based on what you are thinking when you fire the gun, but you definitely weren't thinking of flapping your arms to fly. You were more going for the dream like flying, the drifting, soaring flight kind of like superman does.
Could you risk getting more powers from this if it doesn't give you quite what you want? Perhaps if you think harder about it you can get it right?
