Cream stood in the middle of the machine, groaning as she held her belly, sticking out over her very tight white panties, rubbing it as she looked around and saw Tail's eyes were wide as she moaned, her panties beginning to get damp as she spoke.

"Tails....wh.....I'm.....pregnant....ah....wha.....can you....it's too big...can you at least....turn it back a couple of months...?"

Tails looked on as he suddenly had a naughty idea, why not take her to the point that she became pregnant with Vanilla?
