Her belly and breasts had grown larger over night

She couldn't believe it, her belly was rounded out, looking as though she'd had a huge meal. She touched her belly carefully, tentatively. It was firm, tight. With a start she realized that she looked about 5 months pregnant. Her hands bumped into her bosom as she fully realized how big they'd grown too -- at least D-cups, and overnight. Katherine's nipples were thicker and darker, and seemed to be aching.

She shakes her head, thinking she must be crazy, and takes a long shower, massaging the water into her own body. After she dries off, she puts on soft silk sleeping pants and shirt that have always been loose on her. The waistband is fairly snug, and holding her pants up as she finds herself starting to feel tired once more. Without thinking too closely about it, she crawls into bed and falls asleep once more.
