More Punishment

You fall asleep naked in your sisters bed, basking in the afterglow of your first orgasm.

You find yourself in the sorcerer's shop, and you're still Julia.

"Hello Josh." the wizard says as he strolls into the room. "I see that you've discovered the pleasures of being female. Well, not everything about being a girl is that fun." he says grimly, and it sends a shiver down your spine.

"Please change me back. I'm sorry I stole that thing." you plead.

"Sorry Josh, but you haven't learned your lesson yet." he tuts.

"You stupid old bastard! Change me back!" you yell in your sisters shrill voice.

"Now now, I wouldn't talk to the person who holds your fate in his hands like that. Looks like we're going to have to add some punishment for that." he says and snaps his fingers.

You wake up, still naked as Julia. But, something's wrong.

You have the following choices:
