In Cream and Vanilla's Rabbit's backyard

Vanilla Rabbit was enjoying a relaxing day to herself. Cream had left earlier to go to Knothole so she took full advantage of having her house all to herself. Just as she was about to doze off in a mid-afternoon nap her home was violently shaken by Tails' impact.
At first Vanilla believed it to be an earthquake and dismissed it until she heard moaning coming from her backyard. Fixing up her hair and brushing the wrinkles off of her clothes the prim and proper rabbit entered her backyard to investigate. 

When Vanilla's eyes fell on Tails she nearly fainted. There in the middle of her carrot patch lay the sweaty two-ton fox who desperately tried to reach for the carrots with his telephone-pole-thick fingers. Of course the sea of blubber and his titanic moobs prevented his arms from coming even close to the carrots, which made him whine and sob before once again shitting himself. 

"Oh my Goodness, Tails, what has happened to you?" Vanilla gasped. Tails only response over his sobs was a hiccup followed by a belch so powerful it sent Vanilla flying several feet backwards. "Oh dear, this is absolutely dreadful. I must do something to help him." Vanilla said and retreated back into her home.
