It'd be over by next week, but his appetite...

"We learned that the gain is able to succumb after about one week's time. However, there is one problem..." the doctor sighed, tucking a clipboard under his arm and pulling out glasses from his scrubs pocket. Sonic glared at the older dog.

"Then, what's the problem?" he pressed, crossing his arms over his stomach. The doctor balanced his glasses onto his muzzle and flipped through the clipboard's contents.

"Well, with regular eating habits, the weight gain would normally stop after about one week, but due to your large appetite, it may allow the gain to continue. If your appetite gets out of control, it may even become permanent." the doctor simply stated, trying hard not to stare at the hedgehog's form. Sonic ran his pudgy fingers through his quills.

"Great. Just what I need," Sonic glowered," this is going to be a tough one...". He grunted as he hefted himself off the table, being careful to not knock over anything with his huge stomach.

"We'll update you more as we learn more." the doctor said, allowing Sonic to leave the labs.
