"I had it made just for you." Rouge walked into the room, carrying a platter, with a huge pepperoni pizza on it.
"Thank you Rouge." Shadow said as he took a slice. He bit into it. "This is really good pizza Rouge! There's a flavor in here I can't make out though."
"Oh, that's a secret ingredient." Then Shadow fully felt his injury, as pain killers Rouge gave him started to wear off. He cringed at the feel of it. "Oh, sorry. Just eat. It'll take your mind off your injury." Shadow did as she recommended. After a few pieces he could feel his pain dissolving, and he started to feel fairly good, if a bit tired.
After a few minutes, he had finished the pizza, but something was odd. He didn't feel full. Instead, he felt a bit... hungry. "I just ate an entire pizza. Why aren't I full?" The black hedgehog was wondering this, when he noticed that rouge was next to the bed. He must have been so into the pizza that he hadn't noticed her still there.
"Enjoy your meal Shadow?" She walked over, and put her hand on Shadows belly, drawing his attention to something that horrified him. There was a noticeable gut on him. Before eating that pizza, he was normal except for his injuries. He must have gained twenty pounds in the past meal!
Rouge started to rub his fat gut, which grumbled under her hand. "Don't worry big guy, I'm having another one made for you right now."
"Hey Rouge I *URRRRRRRPPPPPPPPP*" He didn't even feel the belch coming! It just came out.
