A boy walking on the sidewalk

As Kevin looked around, he had a clear view of the street and the uncoming traffic on both sides of the street and the sidewalk. From a distance, he spotted a young boy walking towards him, who looked like a Middle-schooler. Kevin focused his powers on the boy and learned right away, that the boy's name was Jack, that he was 13 years old, and that he lived down the street. Jack had brown hair, he was only 5 feet tall, and he was skinny and short. He was only wearing a tank top, shorts and tennis shoes.

"Time for action" Kevin grinned, as the boy got a little closer. "Watch this!"

Kevin had decided to transform Jack into a teenage bodybuilder. It was easy since he was only wearing a tank top, after all. He was wearing the right clothing for that transformation so Kevin decided to make the boy's muscles grow as Jace and Bart looked on in eager anticipation.

So, how big does Kevin grow Jack's muscles?
