Naruto just woke up and was eating breakfast before heading out into the village.
He decided to go and visit sakura to see what she was doing. On the way there, he saw Tsunade doing some weird justu in a clearing just off the path through the trees.
He approached her and yelled "Hey ol' lady! whatcha doin'?"
Tsunade looked up, startled and lost concentration. She saw naruto then realized her jutsu had gotten messed up. The clearing was filled with the bright light and naruto fell backwards in surprise. He hit his head on a rock and fell unconscious.
When Naruto woke up he looked around, good he thought, i'm still in the clearing.
then he looked around for Tsunade, but he couldn't find her. Naruot started to panic. "oh my god!" he thought, "I killed the hokage!" he tried to get up but felt a strange weight on his chest, he looked down and saw the biggest pair of breasts he had ever seen! "OH MY GOD!" he said, then he realized he sounded like ol' lady Tsunade and figured out he must have entered her body.
"All right!" he yelled, still not used to hearing Tsunade's voice coming out of his mouth. He immediately got up(using more force this time) and went back to the hokage's building. He tried to act as normal as possible on the way there, but he kept tripping in Tsunade's heels. Once he was back in her private rooms, he stripped down to just bra and thong and started to grope Tsunade's giant boobs. He felt so much pleasure and soon climaxed. After that he decided to take a bath.
He went into Tsunade's bathroom and took off the bra and thong and turned on the water while admiring Tsunade's flawless figure in the mirror she had. He lathered her body all over and washed himself very throughly. Then he got out dried up and decided to go to bed.
