The man looked like a lady. "Oh my, it's finally happened", she exclaims! Time Lords are unusual species in that they are all born male. Once they mature getting past their childish stage they become female. For most this is around the eighth or ninth regeneration, but for the Doctor it's taken a little longer. She slowly gets up examining herself in the process. "Oh my, these things are huge. A change of clothing is in order", the Doctor states while grabbing her chest. In reality they are not that huge, but for someone that has been a man for over 900 years it is a shock. The doctor gets up and strolls back into the TARDIS.
