It's pure fluke that you survive being crushed by all the stuff that is being carried in this bag with you, but you are still bruised all over and hurting when it is finally put down and opened.
It is a few moments before Leah spots something that she hadn't put in the bag and decides to take it out to look at it. It would be pointless to resist; you would be crushed by her probing. So it is that you let her youthful fingers grasp you and drag you out into the light.
She is none too gentle, but as you are you can't notice any extra pain over that you already have. At least her fingertips are warm and soft, and smell rather nice.
You don't get to take much of a look around the room before you are dragged inexorably towards her face. While you wouldn't have looked at someone her age twice only a day ago, from your current perspective you have to admit that she is rather attractive. Her lips, while big enough to eat a house and inexpertly daubed in lipstick, are plump and full; her nose, despite its current dimensional similarity to a two ton truck, is nicely rounded and none too big; her blue eyes manage to sparkle even through the obscene amounts of glitter that she's sprinkled onto her eyelids; her skin is flawless, bereft of freckle or mole. Youth does have its attractions. Unfortunately, maturity isn't one of them.
'Cool!' she squeals when she finally focuses her eyes on you. 'I found the tooth fairy!'
You desperately argue against this hypothesis, but she can't hear you over her own talk, and she denies it herself anyway.
'Course, you can't be the tooth fairy, you're too small to be able to lift a pillow, let alone carry a quarter!'
She giggles again, falling backwards onto her bed. The rush for you is even more extreme than the handbag ride, and you're out of breath by the time that it is over, held against her nose.
Her eyes are closed and she is laughing gently to herself, but she soon recovers, holding you at arm's length above her head while she lies on her back, stretching her legs off the edge of the bed.
'I'm sure that you know who you are.' you says slowly. 'But I'm not sure if I care!' she adds cheekily, winking at you.
