"Alright sweetie," your mother says as you sit you down in the pod, "are you ready?" You stare up from the pod seat at the body your mother currently inhabitated.
“ I signed the contract after reading it thoroughly and the amount of money for two weeks is too hard to pass up & I understand that if I get pregnant it’s extended for upto a year with pay, but no mom I’m not I’m nervous."
"Well don't be," she assured you, "this is a once in a lifetime opportunity." she said smiling. The zoo director appeared at the doorway of the pod.
“I understand that but one I don’t know what I will be, two what if the animal decides it doesn’t want to swap back”
“We won’t let that happen”
"Alright kid, we've got an animal ready for you to switch with." he explained.
"And what is it?" you asked eagerly. He chuckled.
"That's a surpise." he said as your mom got out of the pod, the doors shut, leaving you in the dark. A few minutes later, a bright flash fills the pod and you feel yourself go faint.
Nothing felt right when you awoke. You felt huge, and heavy. Your eyes slowly opened, finding the director and your mother standing in front of you, You attempted to stand, but manage it as you notice your paws on the glass you drop back down as the doors open and the director walked up and patted your side.
"Can you hear us kid?" he asked, you slowly open your mouth, a large roar out. He chuckled.
"Guess that's a yes. You are now, Nala." the director said
Your mother slowly rubbed your large snout.
"Isn't this amazing sweetheart?" she asked.”we’ll be able to learn a lot about how captivity effects a wild lion. We will be able to see how long you can resist the male lions and how you get along with the other females in the pride”
. After your mom explains you are standing there when your body comes out of the pod on all fours acting like a hippo, seeing this your mom smiles and says
"As for your old body we are going to try and see just how human we can make Nala in the time frame.” Your hoping that you just didn’t give up your life in exchange for helping make a fund for college
After a examination you are cleared and sent to your new home
