You are more likely to survive by turning and running. The Naga is slow, and you can outdistance her easily enough. But that is survival for now. You would lose all your supplies. Just left with the sword and the clothes you are wearing. You would hardly dare return for them. The Naga would probably be waiting. Well, you could still make it, but the odds would be a lot worse.
