Malon has a problem

The arrow whizzed up on the scale Malon was using, until it finally settled on 300 lbs.

Malon started to panic, how in Hyrule would she explain an extra 200 lbs. to her father, how could she sell milk at the market looking like this? People would think she was ugly! What was she going to do?

Malon started to sob, tears running down her chubby cheeks, she continued to sob until she heard a deep rumbling noise from her belly, she placed her hand on it and decided that if the milk had done this to her, there must surely be an antidote, though then again she was rather hungry now and if she could shed off the weight easily later she may not have to worry, what does Malon decide to do?
