It was a bright, cold, and sunny day in knothole viilage, when Eggman's attcks seemed to been delayed for unknown reasons; after weeks of this the frredom fighters went Robotropolis, amazingly no one was unable to find Eggman, snivly, a single robot, not even so little as a single funtional laser turrent. Almost as if such an empire was never there even though some of his bulidings were still standing (including the fortress Eggman called his headquaters). Sonic was extremely dissapointed, I don't see why he should not be, after years of fighting and vows for revenge this event was considered, "an anticlimax on a silver platter." And all they were able to find were, mangled turrents footprints, buliding rubble, trashed security cameras, purged data prossesers, burn patterns, and most dissapointing of all dry blood stains unfortunatly their DNA tests came back as inconclusive. The followig day mobians began to repopulate the less damaged half of the city even though many still lived in knothole.
