After a few drinks, they dance the night away a...

Karina walked hand-in-hand with Tom, her newest attraction. He was stunning, really; wrapped in a midnight-blue dress shirt and black jeans, he was ready to dance with Karina with a couple of shots in mind. After dancing for almost an hour though, Karina felt tired. Her years or the fat on her hips were pulling her down- she had to rest while Tom trudged off to the bathroom.
“One apple martini,” she said to the bartender. She paid in cash, which was now steadily decreasing every hour.
While Karina sipped the tranquil drink every now and then, she felt a rush of dizziness. She ignored the random feeling though because nothing, including how bad she felt, would ruin this night- after all, she’s been dying to go out with Tom for such a long time.
The DJ was playing “Hot stuff” by Donna Summer. It happened to be Karina’s favorite bar-and-a-tropical-drink song, especially when she was feeling so…bored, without Tom. She pushed herself off the seat and walked onto the dance floor.
