"So, tell me bro... What has been one of the most fun things you've experienced so far, ever since I gained these cool powers over your body?" Drew asked Jared curiously, with both boys sitting at the edge of Drew's bed in his bedroom. "What changes or tricks of mine do you like the most?"
Jared thought for a moment before he replies.
"Oh, well you know how much I love to fly or make flying things like drones and planes. But, I always enjoy it when you make me fly or float in the air, although I never know when or where you're gonna make me fly off to." Jared sighed.
"Well, I guess that comes with the territory. You can fly, but you don't control when and where you're flying off to. I can make you weightless, but it's the wind that carries you across the sky. Nobody can control that!" Drew reasoned. "So, you don't mind it when I make you weightless?"
"Umm... Not really... I'd rather not become weightless at school, but all other times are pretty fun. It's kinda cool having a birds' eye view of everything for a few minutes. It's like flying around like a small plane or like a drone!" Jared pondered.
"Well, how about we try this. I will allow you to become weightless at random times for random periods. When your gravity returns, you'll drop down to the ground, but very slowly. I'm not gonna let you fall out of the sky and hurt yourself!" Drew grinned. "This will take effect when you're awake and when you're anywhere except for at school and only when you're outside. How does that sound to you?"
"Umm... Okay. Let's give that a try for a few days and see how that goes!" Jared smiled.
The two boys gave fist bumps before Jared got up and left.
As he stepped outside and started walking back to his own house again, he knew that he could become completely weightless at any time. The wind could carry him anywhere, and he could remain weightless for just a few minutes or even for a few hours.
So, when does Jared lose his gravity, the first time?
