She wanted puppy chow on the day this was taken. She moved on to Purina Dog Chow once she was full grown. With honey crisp apples, carrots and green beans for snacks, along with Rice Chex and Cheerios cereals she was pretty trim. It was hard to resist a Bassett Hound's soulful expression. She never had mobility issues until the very end. This photo was taken when Miss Boo was 9 months old. She passed away December 18, 2020, at the age of 14 years and 4 months. She was remarkably healthy and perky right up until the last couple of days. Mr. HOOves cleaned her ears twice a week and every six weeks her nails were clipped and she was checked over by her beloved Vet. We miss Miss Boo every single day since she passed. It is a loss that is always with us.  |
