Here we are. The three Mackenzie sisters. Karen is the youngest, at the bottom of the stairs. I'm in the middle. And Carol is at the top.
This was taken during a Thanksgiving celebration we had in Lake Jackson, Texas. I think it was about 1998 or 1999. I had not yet lost all of the weight I gained with the cortisone and steroid injections I received as pain management for my back. We also had pictures taken of each of the sister's families done separately. And we had one picture taken of all of us, including our parents. Only brother Bill and his wife and kids were missing at that celebration.
