About a boy named jaron who escapes going to school. |
No one knew he was a prince and that was all that mattered. If anyone found out many people would be in grave danger, and it would be all his fault. Not that he wanted to be a prince. Some people wish to a prince but few know the curse that it is. He stared at the mountains. "I'm coming home dad. I'm coming home" And so he started the hike to his father's palace. When he got to the gates he was tired, hungry, and weak. The guards admitted him in. Jaron wondered if his father told them to let him in. He had done so many pranks on these to guards that he was surprised that they didn't use the mud as a reason not to let him in. His father was in the throneroom listening to his older brother talk about a great bording school to the south. "Making plans for me father?" He looked at Jaron with curiosity he felt myself bow. He promised himself that he wouldn't bow to him again but it came as an instinct. "well?" the King asked. They talked and soon a simple conversation became an argument "but father it is outrages for me to go to school I will never be king" Jaron lost the argument. Jaron had to travel by boat to get to the school. Jaron crawled out of the window of his cabin. As he saw the ship leave he felt a pang of longing. He had left his favorite dagger on board. In the distance there could be seen another ship. The flag had a white skull on it. Jaron's ship was too late to see the pirates. Jaron could easily see the struggle. He realized that the pirates had probably come to kill him. And he wasn't on board. Not going to school was a good idea. No one could convince him otherwise after this. |
