Post Story to Roundtable

Use this form to create your Review Requests listing in the Roundtable, to post a new story to your Review Requests, to amend the entry for a story already in your Review Requests, to remove a story from your equests, or to change your author information. This form directs the Roundtable manager to create, update, or amend the entries in your Review Requests but does not make the changes. Please allow a mimimum of two days for the Roundtable Manager to effect the change.

If you are AMENDING a story already in your Review Requests, filling out this form will change ALL of the entries for that story unless you direct otherwise in the special instructions section.

If you are changing author information, the material for each story will stay the same.
