Seriously, I know people have different body types. I'm broad-shouldered and -hipped, big-boned, and I'm just catching on to the fact that I think I have a fair amount of muscle mass (hey, 15 years of dance classes ought to pay out in that regard!). Those all add pounds. I was pleased today when I walked around naked in my room (I hardly ever do that) and I liked, really liked, what I looked like in the mirror.
...Just my ego-building. Hey, we should have an ego-rally like Shayna ran at NBTSC last year. We all sat in a circle, with one in the center, and the center person had to write down everything that was said while everybody else yelled out compliments. I still have that page in my journal and dear me, I treasure it. (You mean people really meant those things??) I wish we could all get together in person. Sigh.
