Yes, most chicks have low iron, but normally it's not that low that you actually notice it. Fea, how is changing your lifestyle going? I really have to do that too. I'm extremely tired too most of the time, when I get home from work I usually go to bed for like an hour, otherwise I'll be hanging on the couch all night (and fall asleep anyway..) I also went to see a doctor over a year ago, and my iron was way too low, so they put me on medication, and after a month I had to come back. My blood count was a lot better by then, even though I didn't feel better. But a few months after that they checked my iron at the bloodbank (I wanted to give blood, but after they sent me away 3 times with low iron, they told me there was no need to come back..) my iron was lower than ever.. I didn't go to the doctor than, cause I figured that there were a few things I had to change myself, like eat healthy, sleep about 8 hours a day, no more, no less than that (If you sleep too much your body gets used to it and you get even more tired) exercise etc.. I think it was over 6 months ago when I was planning to make those changes, and I still haven't.. I want to lose some weight too, and I just want to feel healthy. So fea, or anyone else, do you have any advice on how to motivate myself, and good advices about changing lifestyles??
