A Nighty of Horror

The lucid moonlight of luminiferous full-moon encompassed the whole atmosphere. Johnny gazed at the moon, suffering from unendurable excruciating feelings running through out his body. He yowled, rubbing violently his arms and chest. His body looked like stretching slightly. He saw long hair growing up on his arms, and then on his whole body. He caterwauled. His teeth began to augment and sharpen. He fell down on the ground, and his body began to shake as if he were just about to die miserably in the pitiable condition.

But this condition lasted after a minute or two. Then he stood up, growling like a wolf. For a moment, he wondered at his appearance that had been changed wholly into a beast. He glanced around himself, and came out of the bushes. He saw a house surrounded by the thick trees. He moved swiftly to it. He reached out one of the windows of the house, and peeked through the windowpane. He saw a boy laying on the bed in the dim light of the room. He blew the windowpane with his powerful fist, and leaped onto the window-frame, and then jumped inside.

The boy awaked up in fright on the smashes. The sight of a beast standing beside his bed, filled him with terror. He tried to scream, but his voice drowned in his throat. The beast jumped onto him, and began to wolf down his neck with his sharp teeth.

“Oh, what the heck? Why are you kissing my neck, damn?” Tom yelled, pushing his brother away, who was trying to grasp his neck.

“Wake up, damn!” Tom shook him violently.

“Oh oh…I’m a wolf,” Johnny mumbled, awaking from his sleep.

“You must have a nightmare. Now go to your own bed, and let me sleep, fool!”

Johnny stood up, and walked up to the bathroom. He checked his face and arms in the mirror. He was all right.

“Thank God, it was just a dream,” he spoke up. He came to his bed and tried to sleep, but couldn’t sleep so soon.

After some time, Johnny heard footsteps on the other side of the door. The sound came nearer the door, and then stopped. A wave of fright ran through his whole body. He stood up quietly from the bed and sneaked into Tom’s blanket, and huddled it tight. Tom, who already had heard the footsteps, looked at Johnny. Both were panicked. The door began to open slowly with crackly sound. Both boys looked at the door, where a ghost stood in black clothes with covered face. Both terribly trembled with fright. Their cries drowned in their throats. The ghost came near the bed, and glommed the blanket, and flung it on the ground.

Both boys cried and trembled so terribly that they felt something warm and wet in their pants and legs. The ghost looked at the two frightened boys for awhile, and the next moment, it jumped down the bed and flipped the switch of light, and uncovered its face.

“Relax, relax, boys,” a girl stood before them.

“Alice, you….” Johnny could speak these words in trembling voice.

“Damn, you scared us,” Tom spoke in low voice. Both stood up recovering their senses, gazed their eldest sister Alice angrily. Before they could say anything, Alice started laughing loudly, pointing to the front of their pants, “You both wet yourselves, chicken!”

When Tom and Johnny looked at the fronts of their pants, they felt embarrassment. Alice laughed so hard that she fell down on the carpet. Looking at her, the embarrassing smile spread out on their faces.
