Update for the week of April 21 to 27, 2025
Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I have struggled a bit this week and actually forgot to finish my words twice. So, my streak of 129 days was broken. Saturday (today) is day 2.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance when I needed it.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes (most days).
Do a contest entries for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury - *Checkg*
Do reviews for four poems and four short stories on Deadlines for Writers
I posted my short story to Deadlines for Writers. *Checkg*
Continue doing Camp KindaNaNo. I have written almost 9K of words... a mishmash of poetry, novel and other story parts.
I am doing a version of Escapril.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection
Tues. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection
Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection.
Continue working through Beth Kempton's Substack workshop - I have copied all the relevant files and now I need to settle into working through them.

Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 14 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.

Work:
Be prepared to supply each day. It was extremely quite this week.
Work through online training that still needs to be completed.

Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day.
Body Groove - Elevate Your Fitness - Week # 8 - Power *Checkg* - even this a sore knee - I was careful and actually found the movement helpful.
No eating after 8 pm.
No screen time after online meditation or 9 pm.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm.

Other:
Take out Garbage, Green and Blue Recycling bins. *Checkg*
Take an Artist Date. I went to Cafe O on Thursday and Starbucks and the library on Saturday.
Getting my Online presence back.
Taxes: for myself and my mother. Pickup when ready.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.)
Make appointment with her Cardiologist.
Get the rest of the POA stuff to the proper places.
Get her to do her activities to have her urine tested and return the samples to the lab.
