Will a MB go from unacquired to acquired on the checklist whether or not it counts for CR?

Before all new ones counted when I got them but now I have one pending and wonder if it will be checked off if I don't wait for CR. It would be a newly acquired MB even if I don't wait.

No, the checklist and CR are not related like that.

The checklist is a list of badges you have received at least one of and CR does not matter in that calculation.

Thank you I can do it then. CR doesn't matter then. Yes! I got plenty of chances to gain CR but not the same with this MB.
