I'm not sure what you mean by "file." Do you mean a folder?
If that is the case, first you must create a Folder. Follow the steps listed in "Create/Edit a Folder" . Then edit the item you wish to move to the folder, changing the location from My Portfolio to the folder in that text window.
If you have a different issue, please explain what you wish to do in more detail.
