This has been requested before I just never got to it...
I have now added a "Transfer Entry" tool that should be found in the tools menu on book entries.
Merging books is a good idea also previous requested, but that's a little more involved... I'll try to get to it at some point here... but for now, the transfer entry gives you something to work with... even if it's a bit of a slower process.
