I'll memorialize here what I said on the blog: The instant I open the storyline to a Plot Plinko vote, I get derailed.

Actually it'll be fine. And fun. All to the good. The bubble of characters I crafted for this branch is big enough and resilient enough that it'll take some real work by the community to steer Will off of them—not because I'm determined to use them, but because he's in too deep with them already to easily escape. The way I picture them, they are a kind of social tar pit.

So being derailed toward the Warehouse actually just gives me a way of getting to know them better by looking at them from a different angle. I am determined NOT to recapitulate what I wrote originally, and to use this chance to deepen, develop and extend them.
