Goals: Easing into 2025 (2025.01.06)
by Tobber Author IconMail Icon
It's been a long holiday, a long while away from goal setting, and, honestly, a long break from writing. So, rather than come out with a bang, I'll try to ease into 2025, slowly rebuilding the habits I had before the holiday.

Here goes:

*Box* Write every day: As always, the first prioty is to write/outline/edit every day.

*Box* Do vocal exercises: Probably not strictly related to writing, but given I'm going to do panels at our local SF&F con come summer, I would argue that it is, somewhat at least, related to my writing "career". I'm aiming at doing the exercises at least once a day.

*Box* Continue edits from before the holiday: Before Christmas, I was editing an old-ish story. I need to get on with those edits.

*Box* Start outlining story for Danish SF anthology: The one regular SF anthology in Danish has opened up for submissions. The deadline is still a couple of months away, but that will fly by if I'm not careful, so I need to start outlining the idea I have in the back of my mind.

*Box* Do a review: Simple goal, but I still need to prioritize it. I need to do at least one review for WYRM.

*Box* Get exercise and eat healthy: Vague sort of goal, and I'm not sure how much I can get done this week, but I need a bit of exercise, start building my routines again, as well as cutting back on sugar.
