Update for the week of Dec. 30 to January 5, 2025
Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I believe I have. I had two days with only half the word count, but other days made up for the loss.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes most days.
I signed up for challenges for the new year:
--Goodreads - 30 books
--The Bradbury on WDC - 52 short stories for the year
--Rachel's Reading Room
--I Write for 2025 - 25 contest entries before September 30.
I did a contest entries for WDC - I did my first entry for I Write in 2025. This same entry was put into The Bradbury and the Contest Challenge.
I worked on various projects - poetry and novel. I did the Winter Writing Challenge with Beth Kempton.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Tues. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection *Checkg*
Tues., Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection. *Checkg*

Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 35 books. I completed my challenge of reading 35 books. I signed up for 30 in 2025.
I am still working on Writing down the Bones (pages 90 - 111 --by January 14)

Work:
Rest and recuperate. Tried to.

Health:
6K steps a day - 4 days over 8K and 3 days under 6K.
Meditation - most days had a morning and evening session of meditation.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. I have increased my water consumption this week. I had one day at 900 ml, 5 days were over 1300 ml.
Body Groove - I have begun the Thrive in '25 challenge - It started January 2
No eating after 8 pm. Struggling with this.
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggling with this.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Struggling with this - trying to do too much.

Other:
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bins. *Checkg*
Keep monitoring Shanti - IV done onTuesday and Saturday
Take an Artist Date. Went to the mall on Friday, then to Indigo.
Getting my Online presence back. Nothing this week.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.) Make an appointment for an ultrasound on her liver. Make her appointments with GP (checkup) and Cardiologist. Also make her a hair appointment. POA stuff. Just managing the day to day this week.
