Opinion Emporium

I'm honestly tired of all the constant political strife and division, not just in America, but across this entire planet.Seems like for the last near twenty years now, almost everybody in my country and beyond has become nothing but a walking caricature of whatever perverted agenda they've been brainwashed into believing by their respective media outlets. Which is exactly why I don't bother watching any news programs. Doesn't matter which side you're on, left, right, or center. They're all the same, really. Nothing more than mouthpieces for their respective puppet masters, spouting propaganda 24/7. Hell, soon you won't even be able to turn on the damn Weather Channel without hearing something like "Trump is the Devil!" or "Democrats are evil!"

I'm not taking any sides, either. I am neither left wing, nor right wing. As far as I'm concerned, both are equally terrible, but for different reasons. I was told that a government needs to have checks and balances to function properly. HA! Those days died after 9-11. There is no more balance. According to most of America, it's either us or them. Which, if we're being honest, is how it's always been from the beginning. It's just finally nearing the tipping point.

As I write this, There's less than 12 days to the next US Presidential Election. I'm betting that no matter who wins, there's gonna be a second civil war. That's how bad it's gotten here. At this point I just wish I could go back in time, and stop whatever caused all this to happen to begin with. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. You don't have to agree with me. But if you do, know that there's at least one other person out there that still has some sense left.

Anyway, I just really wanted to get this off my chest, as it has been on my mind for quite a long time.
