It hasn't happened, but only the mask has the ability to copy multiple imago. The band works independently. This can be seen as you don't need to seal the mind band to use it - once it copies one mind, it's ready to use.

Thus, in the example, if Will glues a blank *mens* to a blank *persona* (aka, the mask), then it all depends on which one is copied first. If Will copies Jenny first, then he gets both the form and the mind of Jenny. If he then uses the mask on Yumi, then he has the mixed form of Jenny and Yumi (with Jenny being the dominant form) but Jenny's memories only.

That said, there's nothing that says that gluing the mask creates a safeguard that prevents copying multiple forms. This might be a possibility.
