Unironically, Eberron. Though I started with 3rd Edition before Eberron was published, most of the early games I had were on the setting. The few times I've DMed a D&D campaign, it has always been on Eberron - both the campaign I ran the longest and the first one I did from start to finish.
I played only one of the games based off Eberron (D&D Online; the other is a RTS IIRC), and while it's still ongoing, it's barely mentioned. Virtually all modules have been in Faerun, with the few exceptions being Curse of Strahd (Domains of Dread, esp. Barovia), Descent into Avernus (it starts at Baldur's Gate and then moves into Elturiel, but the bulk is on Avernus), The Wild beyond the Witchlight (essentially on the Feywild) and probably one more. The latest adventure they'll release, though, will be a multiversal campaign, so there'll be a bit of Eberron - although who's gonna be represented (other than Vi, the artificer) is unknown.
