I didn't use the "Other Comments" field. Those comments would be the last paragraph of the book summary and the other two sections I filled out. I don't really follow directions, I write things where I think it makes sense. I hope that works for you. I don't like to write a book summary, it seems so pointless, so I include more important notes there. *Think*
