As an aside, when we worked in Yellowstone reservations, we had a manager that used a spreadsheet for the work schedule. At least 20-30 people worked in this department at any one time. My word, you should have seen that file. It was absolutely amazing. It contained names, days off requested, days scheduled to work, our status in selling contest items, notes about performance; basically anything pertaining to a specific individual. I have yet to see such a spreadsheet such as that. It was a work of art.
