I am no expert, but I wonder if critique is not the best focus at this stage (for any of us). I feel like the thing to do is view this month as a massive brainstorming (embrace brainstorming rules of 'no idea is a bad idea').
I am feeling like this is the time to loosen up, and get the creative juices flowing - next month (or during the course of your novel writing, however long that takes) we let all those ideas flow.
Critique can come in at the first editing stage, once we've got all the wonderful raw material down.
