I'm nearly absolutely certain that you wouldn't be able too, given that the analogy that Seuzz used was likening the shattering of Essentia to the shattering of a glass, the pices recognizable as of that glass, but impossible to reassemble in any meaningful way. Especially given that when Will was experimenting with extracted essentia in the chapter Advice from a Dead Man, the jars he was using to contain essentia literally melted when he attempted to divide it too much. Not even the Libra can reassemble something that doesn't exist anymore. Probably.
